I arrived here in Louisana from South Dakota for my visit with Annie.
The schedule has changed some. The water aerobics is back and we don't meet as often, mostly Saturday's and Sunday's.
I jumped into full swing of things. I met the "Sisters in Sweat". There's Bobbie, the oldest, who has started the group. Jerriane, the "put the peddle to the metal". She has lost a total of 117 lbs and has managed to keep it off! There's Carol, the pastor's wife, who keeps themall straight. There's Janice, Annie's sister-in-law. She is well on her way down with the pounds. Annie has mastered the 5 miles, with sweat!~Annie Castang Alwell
